We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help us shape the future.  

Based in Albertslund you will be responsible for identifying business prospects and reach out to customers to acheive sales for Prysmian Group Telecommunication products in domestic/international markets . , whilst being a part of our world class “Sell It” career program. 


What is the SELL IT Program? 

Sell It is a structured program, of up to three years, designed to help new sales employees quickly get up-to-speed on the business, products, and culture of the Prysmian Group, while learning how to apply their skills to the business from day one.

We’re are looking for a Sales Manager who is eager to succeed and capable of moving in a heterogeneous market with resilience and a customer oriented approach. We are looking for the following skills and motivations:  

•    Degree in Engineering or Business Administration 

•    Strong experience in sales with proven track record in building successful long-term relationship with customers 
•    Knowledge of fibre optic cable
•    Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally 
•    Experience in a fast paced sales environment  
•    Highly organized with prioritization skills 
•    Resilient to coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work under pressure 
•    Strong Communication skills – written and verbal  
•    Fluent in Danish and English 
•    Excellent presentation skills  
•    SAP experience and strong Excel skills  
•    Good organizational skills, including the ability to organize the work of a team to meet agreed deadlines; ability to work independently or as part of a team, to agreed deadlines 
•    Flexible and collaborative
