We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Manager to help us shape the future.  

Based in Charvieu you will be responsible for manage, coordinate and lead the activity of the Sales Administration team. You are in permanent contact with the internal services of the factory: Supply Chain (Planning and Logistics), Finance (credit management, supplier/customer accounting teams), Production, Quality and Business Managers.

You share trade policy to these interlocutors and his teams. You monitor the implementation of related commercial actions, motivate and encourage your team by providing ongoing methodological support.

You organize and manage the daily activity, as well as the commercial performance of your teams, whilst being a part of our world class “Sell It” career program.

We’re are looking for a Customer Care Manager who is eager to succeed and capable of moving in a heterogeneous market with resilience and a customer oriented approach...   We are looking for the following skills and motivations:  

  • Driving business and performance:
    • Track and analyze (periodic comparison) KPIs: number of offers and offer lines; Number of orders and command lines; Offers transformation rate; Contact Center service rate
    • Track or implement the "missed sales" tracking tool, analyze it and communicate with the relevant services (Commercial Directorate, Supply-Chain)
    • Track and analyze late payments, organize sedentary and field team actions to provide support to the collection department for the collection of due dates.
    • Ensure the proper follow-up of the scoreboards: table of CS delegations; "Missed sales," status of current offers; WAR; relaunch of offers and processing rates.
  • Implementation of Administrative, Commercial, Financial and Quality procedures:
    • Ensure that existing procedures are properly applied
    • Implement administrative procedures and guidelines: CGV, pricing procedures (LPN net price list), delivery conditions, ...
    • Support the Pilot of the ADV process by assuming the role of "Quality Correspondent" for his teams.
  • Support and manage ADV team:
    • Inform teams about business objectives/forecasts to be achieved: communicate on business decisions, organization, results... Mobilize them individually and collectively around these objectives/forecasts.
    • Support and motivate teams, facilitating daily exchanges and decisions
    • Support internal services (Logistics, Planning - Production, Finance, Quality) to optimize flows in order to achieve objectives
    • Plan and manage the team's workload with respect for the Customer Care organization in place: spread out the tasks to be performed, activate the back-ups, ...
