Sales Manager, High Voltage - UAE

We are looking for an experienced “Sales Manager - High Voltage” to help us shape the future.  


Based in UAE, you will be responsible for managing the GCC sells operation, to identify and develop contract opportunities, whilst being a part of our world class “Sell it” career program. 



Sell It is a structured up to three years program designed to help new sales employees quickly get up-to-speed on the business, products, and culture of the Prysmian Group, while learning how to apply their skills to the business from day one.

We’re are looking for a Sales Manager - HV who is passionate about a sales career in a world leading Group. We’re looking for sales professionals with the skills and motivation:


You will need:

  • Minimum of 3 to 8 years of work experience in project sales, in supporting the project managers during the execution of projects on commercial/client matters, contributing actively to deliver the project on time and with the expected profitability
  • Holds an engineering degree (preferably in Electrical Engineer)
  • Excellent technical and writing skill, able to help the project manager to write technical documents etc.
  • Job responsibilities will include ensuring the management of commercial bids in order to optimize success in contracts awarding and maximizing company’s commercial results with a proper balance of risk during the execution phase, managing the GCC selling operation to identify and develop contract opportunities, building customer’s intimacy at technical and C-levels etc.
  • Coordinate the bid preparation with other areas (engineering, factory, logistics, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of how to manage a project works from A-Z
  • EPC experience is mandatory (experience in High Voltage is not required for the role) 



  • Passion about a sales career
  • Organized - This is a fundamental skill required for the role. The team receives hundreds of emails and requested every day, the person must be extremely organized to avoid last minute answer requests or rush the other team member.
  • High level of competency and strong experience in the sales area
  • Solid attitude to technical understanding
  • Being emphatic, fast and proactive
  • Background in engineering, chemistry, materials and business
  • Interest for the industrial environment
  • Being brave and hunter
