We are looking for an experienced Front Office Sales (Caribbean Market) to help us shape the future.

Based in Heredia you will be responsible for promote and sell the organization’s products to the Caribbean Market whilst being a part of our world class “Sell It” career program.


Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the organization’s products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services;

• Respond to customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.

• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

• Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments.

• Informs clients of new products and services as they are introduced. Recommend products and services that fit well with clients business needs.

We’re are looking for a Front Office Sales (Caribbean Market) who is eager to succeed and capable of moving in a heterogeneous market with resilience and a customer oriented approach..   We are looking for the following skills and motivations: 


  • Passionate about a sales career
  • High level of competency in the sales area - (3-5 years of relevant experience) 
  • Talented sales professionals eager to succeed and capable of moving in a heterogeneous market with resilience and a customer-oriented approach
  • Solid attitude to technical understanding
  • Emphatic, diplomatic, fast and proactive
  • Background in engineering, chemistry, materials or business
  • Interest for the industrial environment
  • Brave and hunter
  • Fluency (speaking, reading, writing) in Spanish and English is essential.
