Inside Sales

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales to help us shape the future.

Based in Heredia you will be responsible for supporting the sale of products to a regionally defined marketplace by managing orders to facilitate the timely delivery of products to customers and distributor partners whilst being a part of our world class “Sell It” career program.


Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to sales representatives or technical/service areas.

• Ensure the customers receive quotations following the defined pricing policies and guidelines.

• Ensures the order entry and confirmation activity

• Ensures the order tracking process for customers providing information on order status, expected delivery and delivery status also informing customers about updates/ changes

• Ensure the administrative customer support for invoicing, returns, credit notes and transport documentation liaising with the competent departments

• Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments

We’re are looking for a Inside Sales who is eager to succeed and capable of moving in a heterogeneous market with resilience and a customer oriented approach..   We are looking for the following skills and motivations: 

  • Experience in customer service at least 3 years
  • Business Administration or Engineering studies 
  • Listening skills
  • Rapport building

  • Positive attitude and resilience
  • Skills in excel are required
  • Work under pressure
