Team Overview and Job responsibilities

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to our Plant in Keila, Estonia. You will be reporting to The Head of Customer Care and will work together with colleagues in the Sales and Supply Chain. Our customers are both in industry, electricity network companies and with our large wholesalers.

You will be responsible on the following:

  • Daily communication with clients
  • Making offers
  • Receiving and entering orders in SAP software
  • Sending order confirmations
  • Tracking delivery times and arranging transportation on time

 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate, who has:

  • Good computer using skills (good knowledge of SAP is advantage)
  • Advanced level of verbal and written Estonian and English
  • Willingness to speak to customers and for teamwork
  • Analytical skills and desire to learn
  • Independence and flexibility in solving problems
  • Accuracy and honesty in daily work
