Team Overview and Job responsibilities


We are looking for an PIM Specialist to our HQ for T&I business unit. The specialist will be located in Estonia, Keila. It is a temporary role for two years with the option to become permanent.



You will be responsible on the following:

  • Support existing CPT (= Central PIM Team) activities, focusing on Europe;
  • Maintenance of the data model;
  • Maintain documentation;
  • Support in mass uploads;
  • Ticket issues to Valtech and inRiver and monitor progress;
  • Monitor correct usage of the system according to set guidelines and report abuse to the governance committee;
  • Centre of excellence for advanced functionalities of the system, in particular for mass data operations and exports;
  • Actively contribute to roll-out and development of the PIM solution;
  • Daily support for business users (Q&A).


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate, who has:

  • Attitude to data management;
  • Accurate and analytical;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Attitude to communicate and work in team;
  • Experience with PIM/MDM or similar platforms is a plus;
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML is a plus.
