Team Overview and Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for the effective administration of plant equipment in order to extend useful life of assets to its optimum availability and obtain the maximum possible return of investments. 
  • Directly responsible for the management of the overall performance of the department and in providing full support specially to production departments.
  • Manages the personnel of the maintenance department who are engaged in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment in the plant.
  • Responsible for the overall plant maintenance.  Inspects plant equipment to assure conformance with government regulations and other pertinent codes.


Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Industrial).
  • Preferable with at least 10 years’ experience in Process / Manufacturing firm.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and highly proactive.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills with proven ability to teach the same.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in continuous improvement concepts & tools including Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Well versed in heavy industries dealings with Electro-Mechanical related jobs.             
  • Read & interpret electro-mechanical plans & drawings according to standards.
  • Can do complicated troubleshooting requiring analysis and repairs.    
  • Knowledge on QMS, EHS and OHSAS practices and standards.
