Process Engineering Manager

  • Manage entire Process and Industrial Improvement Engineering activities.
  • Supervise and lead Process & Industrial Improvement Engineers and their activities.
  • Provide timely support to production to diagnose and resolve line process related problems.
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, tools, jigs & fixtures.
  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes & improve the productivity, OEE & efficiency which includes labor, material & variable cost.
  • Ensure process controls are in place in accordance to the standard design at all time to avoid over usage of material and maintain quality of the cable.
  • Prepare detail project cost benefits from improvement projects.
  • Interface with other departments related with all Industrial parameters.
  • Coordinate and lead key projects for improvement at production & cost savings using Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma approach.
  • Own the industrial reporting process on monthly basis and subsequent analysis.
  • Work with leadership team to implement the company's policies and goals.
  • Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
  • Coach, motivate & review worker performance.
  • Work closely with HR to identify training needs & execution to improve workers skills and capability.
