Team Overview and Job responsibilities


You manage entire Process & Industrial Improvement Engineering activities. You will be directly reporting to the Plant Manager, your peers are the Production Manager, QA Manager, and Maintenance Manager. You supervise and lead Process & Industrial Improvement Engineers and their activities. Coordinate and lead key projects for improvement at production & cost savings using Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma approach. Analyze existing manufacturing processes & improve the productivity, OEE & efficiency which includes labor, material & variable cost. Work with the leadership team to implement the company’s policies and goals. Ensure that safety & health guidelines are followed. Coach, motivate & review your subordinates' performance.



Who are we looking for?


  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Industrial).
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Process / Continuous Improvement Engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal /negotiating skills.
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and highly proactive.
  • Highly developed and problem-solving skills with proven ability to teach the same.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical applications.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in continuous improvement concepts & tools including Kaizen Lean Six Sigma.
  • Good project management skill and experience.
  • Familiar with statistical process control techniques and tools.
  • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
