Team overview and job responsibilities

 

We are looking for an Sales Engineer to join our Sales team, Based in Mexico City-México, the candidate will be responsible for Accelerating sales growth by generating and submitting commercial proposals and related documentation. Collaborate with Senior Management to determine strategic goals and plans to achieve growth and serve key events that create opportunities.

 

Job responsibilities

 

  • Generate sales and margin according to the goals set by the company, position the brand to drive our value propositions in the market helping our customers in their technical decisions regarding our products being the key market leader.
  • Map your key accounts so that you have at least 10 contacts per account and manage to close orders with those accounts at least 6 per year with each account.
  • Create and maintain frequent businesses with each account and establish customer loyalty programs.
  • Specify to the customer our products made in Mexico and abroad in order to position the brand and above all the products of greatest differentiation and added value.
  • Develop and prospect new customers on a constant and continuous basis, expanding the company's products.
  • Prepare quotes, track, close and continuity in customer orders and accounts supported by customer service.
  • To constantly follow up to the customers, advising on technical specifications and technically recommending the best range of products.
  • Technically advise on assigned projects and accounts.
  • Develop action plans to help us expand today's market

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Bachelor's degree: Electrical Engineer, Electrician Ing. or Related Career
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in sales to the industry, preferred electrical and / or power cables.
  • Language: Advanced English (Required)
  • Knowledge of competition and its products at least nationally
  • Knowledge of product standards (Mexican Standards, American Standards and International Standards)
  • Proactive, excellent communicator, negotiating skills
  • Availability of travel.
