JOB SUMMARY 

We are looking for an experienced Group Professional Academy Leader to help us shape the future.  Based in Milan, the candidate will have the responsibility to lead and design, with the Head of the Group Academy, the content of the trainings, deliverables and tools of the Professional School Academy. It will be part of the Global people development team who plays a key role on recruiting, onboarding and developing of our employees to ensure a Global “Best in Class” employee experience.

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR  

We are looking for a Group Professional Academy Leader who gained a significant experience in Human Resources, designing and delivering innovative trainings and able to suggest new innovative approaches for our Academy. The candidate will:

  • Be the reference point for our managers and internal lecturers boosting their teaching skills/ capabilities
  • Understand and anticipate the needs expressed by functional directors, managers and HR for technical training
  • Define the priorities, the calendar and the content of the training
  • Design with our Professionals speakers the best way to engage our attendees and get effective results
  • Choose and working in partnership with external supplier when needed
  • Ensure the implementation of the training plan taking in consideration the budget and the logistic
  • Promote the activities of the Professional Academy working with our communication department

We are looking for the following skills and motivations:  

  • A strong attitude to work in multi-functional and multi-cultural team establishing relationshionships at international level
  • Previous international experience with English fluent both written and spoken (required)
  • At least four years of HR experience, in particular in training, within global and matrix Companies
  • Good level of trainings knowledge in terms of course contents and programs at global level
  • Innovative mindset and approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities
  • Excellent relationship skills and the ability to relate at all levels of the organization
