Key Account Manager High Voltage

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager High Voltage Italy to help us shape the future.

Based in Milan, Italy you will be responsible for implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new opportunities with the assigned accounts. Responsible fo the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and exceeding sales targets. Monitor the sales performances within the assigned accounts and re-allocate resources to improve overall results. Responsible to retain long-term customers relationships with established clients., whilst being a part of our world class “Sell It” career program.

Sell It is a structured program, of up to three years, designed to help new sales employees quickly get up-to-speed on the business, products, and culture of the Prysmian Group, while learning how to apply their skills to the business from day one.

We’re are looking for a Key Account Manager High Voltage Italy who is eager to succeed and capable of moving in a heterogeneous market with resilience and a customer-oriented approach. We are looking for the following skills and motivations: 

  • Engineering degree, preferred Mechanical, Electric
  • Experience of project management, operations and technical tenders’ preparations
  • A customer-oriented mind, capable to understand and identify new business opportunities within our industry sector; problem solving attitude, result oriented. Excellent communication skills, both in English and Italian; strong negotiation skills and able to build trust and relationships with existing clients
  • An open minded, empathetic, self-engaging and persistent
  • Able to get the picture at 360° and make assumptions on given information
  • Interested in technical details to perform excellent sales presentations
