Team Overview and Job responsibilities

The Senior Tax Specialist should work within the Italy Tax Team and will report to the Head of Italy Taxation.

The candidate will assist Italy Tax manager with:

  1. Management of the tax compliance, payments and other specific assignments (CIT, WHT, VAT, LIPE etc.)
  2. Analysis of specific transaction from a CIT, VAT, WHT perspective;
  3. Provide Day by day Tax advices to other Business Units;
  4. Prepare Annual Tax Return (Ires, Irap, 770, VAT);
  5. Quarterly Tax fulfillments (LIPE, Tax calculation for Group Consolidated Financial statement);
  6. Ensure the Company policies and fiscal regulations compliance.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Candidate that has gained a 5-7 year experience in dealing with Tax Compliance, particularly in VAT and Corporate Tax, and that has experience in analyzing VAT and CIT aspects of different topics.

Key requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Tax consultancy in a Big Four or a Boutique Firm;
  • Proactivity;
  • Continuous improvement;
  • Analysis and Synthesis Skills;
  • Reporting and data analysis ability;
  • Team working;
  • Fluent English;
  • Innovative mindset and approach.
