Sales Manager Submarine Telecom Europe & Africa

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Submarine Telecom Europe & Africa) to help us shape the future.

Based in Milan Italy, but willing to travel on a regular basis to Germany, you will be responsible for ensuring sales of products in the assigned area and handling accounts for the submarine telecom cable and project sales in the Region. Main responsibilities include: key account management, business development, developing sales projects and implementing sales strategies. You will be in charge of bid management, presentations of solutions and value proposition, contract negotiation. Responsible to retain long-term customers relationships with established clients, whilst being a part of our world class “Sell It” career program.

We’re are looking for a Sales Manager, with strong international exposurewho is eager to succeed and capable of moving in a heterogeneous market with a customer-oriented approach. We are looking for the following skills and motivations: 

  • Previous sales or key account experience at international level within the Telecom industry
  • Some knowledge of submarine telecom, offshore industry, OGP industry or Marine vessels
  • Experience in handling sales, closing deal and sales presentations
  • Desired knowledge of legal, commercial, technical aspects of the business
  • English fluent (written and spoken); Italian with French or Spanish
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Available to extensive travelling abroad
  • A natural team player, committed, agile and resilient
