We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive - OHTL to help us shape the future.

Based in Sorocaba, SP, you will be responsible for achieving sales target in the OHTL market, managing existing accounts and looking for new opportunities, working with big long term projects, whilst being a part of our world class “Sell It” career program.


What is the SELL IT Program?

Sell It is a structured program, of up to three years, designed to help new sales employees quickly get up-to-speed on the business, products, and culture of the Prysmian Group, while learning how to apply their skills to the business from day one.

Your career path will be assessed at regular checkpoints, to make sure you’re getting the most from the program.   • Be the interlocutor between Prysmian and the customers
  • Achieve sales target but in a healthy way – overseeing margin, manufacturing capacity
  • Perform analysis of risk and opportunities – aligning client needs with Prysmian premise, transcribing into the contract
  • Knowledge about contracts – working in close partnership with the legal team
  • Working with Engineering to support the client in building the notices
  • Look for new opportunities in the market
  • Build and present proposals to customers
  • Convert proposals into opportunities
  • Work with big projects in the long term
  • Build and keep a strong relationship with the clients
  • Follow the delivery of the project



We’re are looking for a Sales Executive who is eager to succeed and capable of moving in a heterogeneous market with resilience and a customer oriented approach.   We are looking for the following skills and motivations: 

  • Degree in Engineering – preferred - or in Business Administration with solid experience in technical sales
  • 5+ years of experience in the transmission area working in multinational companies
  • Experience working with big projects in these markets
  • Agility
  • Resilient and patient – keeping the motivation working in big projects in mid and long term
  • IT skills – CRM, Excel, etc
  • Commercial approach - building strong relationships with clients
  • Business Development – ability to find new opportunities in existing and new accounts
  • Good communication and negotiation skills – to interact at all level in the organization and customers
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Leadership
  • Ownership and Accountability
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
