Sales Executive T&I

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive – T&I to help us shape the future.

Based in Sorocaba, SP, you will be responsible to sell into the T&I market (Traders & Installers), with a regional focus (interior SP) selling to distributors and attending installers, whilst being a part of our world class “Sell It” career program.

 

What is the SELL IT Program?

Sell It is a structured program, of up to three years, designed to help new sales employees quickly get up-to-speed on the business, products, and culture of the Prysmian Group, while learning how to apply their skills to the business from day one.

Your career path will be assessed at regular checkpoints, to make sure you’re getting the most from the program. Since Prysmian Group is a highly meritocratic environment, these evaluation steps are essential to build a growing path and in only three years top performers might have the chance of living a tangible and concrete professional growth with constant visibility on their careers.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend big stores (electrical materials, constructions, etc) and Installers of construction works.
  • Main focus on channels rather than end-users.
  • Participate in the strategic plan and implementing the plan in the assigned territory.
  • Mixed profile – managing existing accounts but a big focus on developing new business
  • Prospect new accounts
  • Monitor sales activity on Salesforce
  • Align contracts
  • Participate in S&OP, connecting customers Supply Chain and Prysmian
  • Manage a portfolio of products
  • Introduce new products on the market
  • Events planning with clients and in partnership with Marketing

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR  

We’re are looking for a Sales Executive who is eager to succeed and capable of moving in a heterogeneous market with resilience and a customer oriented approach.   We are looking for the following skills and motivations: 

  • Degree in Engineering – preferred - or in Business Administration with solid experience in technical sales
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience with channels is preferable (distributors, installers, etc)
  • Experience dealing with similar target customers (Traders & Installers)
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Excel is a must
  • PowerPoint experience – to build presentations to the client
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Hunter profile – used to search for new opportunities
  • Analytical
  • Experience achieving sales target and KPIs
  • Leadership and ownership – taking responsibility for the account and building connections with stakeholders internally and externally
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
